1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The promotional event (Promotion) called «30th Anniversary of Kolesa Group» (hereinafter referred to as the Event (Promotion) or Promotion) is held to increase brand awareness and promote the Kolesa.kz and Krisha.kz online resources.
1.2. The Event (Promotion) is held throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1.3. The Event (Promotion) is not a promotional lottery, bet, sweepstakes, gambling or other game of chance, subject to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Gambling Business.»
1.4. The Event (Promotion) is held by the Organizer according to the rules established for promotional marketing events. The invitation to participate in this Event (Promotion) is addressed to an unlimited number of persons who have met the requirements of these Rules. The Event (Promotion) announcement is posted online on the Kolesa.kz website (hereinafter referred to as the «Website»), where information about this Event (Promotion) and these Rules can be found.
1.5. Persons wishing to participate in the Event (Promotion) (hereinafter referred to as «Participants») must perform all actions related to participation in the Event (Promotion) in the manner, under the conditions, at the location, and within the timeframe established by these Rules. Participation in the Event (Promotion) implies the Participant’s full agreement with these Rules.
1.6. Only registered users of the Kolesa.kz internet resource who are legally competent individuals, aged 18 years or older, and residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan are eligible to participate in the Event (Promotion).
1.7. The following persons are not permitted to participate in the Event (Promotion):
● employees of the Organizer.
● representatives of third parties with whom the Organizer has civil or other relationships in connection with the organization and conduct of the Event (Promotion).
● persons who have not complied with the conditions of these Rules.
2. INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT ORGANIZER
2.1. The Organizer of the Event (Promotion) is a legal entity established subject to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan (previously and hereinafter referred to as the «Organizer»):

3. DURATION OF THE EVENT (PROMOTION)
3.1. Start of the Event (Promotion): August 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
3.2. End of the Event (Promotion): August 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
4. PROCEDURE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT (PROMOTION)
4.1. To participate in the Event (Promotion), open the Kolesa.kz mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the «Application») during the Event (Promotion) period, go to the Event (Promotion) page, and click the «Participate» button, thereby confirming that you have read and agree to these Rules.
4.2. Participant identification is carried out using an existing user ID in the Application. To save your results, you must log in using your primary mobile phone number.
4.3. Participation is recorded upon first launching of the game. Participant can launch the game an unlimited number of times during each weekly stage.
4.4. All registered Application users who meet the conditions set forth in these Rules may participate in the Event (Promotion).
4.5. Within each stage, Participants have an access to one game task daily from Monday to Friday. A task is only available on the day it is posted; it is not possible to complete a missed task on another day.
4.6. Only the following categories of participants are eligible to claim prizes:
Only Participants who have completed all five daily tasks of the corresponding week are eligible to participate in the prize drawing for the corresponding stage;
If a Participant misses even one task in a stage, he loses his right to claim a prize for that stage, but remain eligible to participate in subsequent stages under the general terms.
4.7. Five (5) winners will be determined based on results of each stage. The drawing will be held live on the Instagram accounts @kolesa.kz and @qaz.kolesa.kz among participants who meet the criteria in clause 4.6. Total number of winners for the entire period is twenty one (21).
5. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAWING FOR VALUABLE PRIZES
5.1. Prize pool:
— Apple MacBook Neo (Apple A18 Pro) — 5 units;
— Apple Watch Series 11 GPS — 5 pcs.;
— Sony WH-1000XM5 — 5 pcs.;
— DJI Osmo Nano 128 GB — 5 pcs.;
— iPhone 17 Pro 256 GB — 1 pc.
5.2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the number of Prizes in the Promotion, replace them with ones similar in price, quality, configuration, and type, and/or include other Prizes in the Promotion not specified in these Rules.
5.3. Color, configuration or other characteristics of the prizes may differ from those indicated in the advertising materials.
5.4. The Organizer is not a manufacturer of the Prizes. Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer or an authorized service center subject to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.5. Prizes will not be awarded in cash or exchanged for other Prizes.
5.6. Taxation of persons who have received a Prize will be determined subject to the current laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. PROCEDURE FOR DETERMINING THE WINNERS OF THE PROMOTION
6.1. Dates for the drawings and determination of the Winners of the Promotion are set according to the Promotion Schedule:
Results of the drawing will be posted on the Instagram accounts @kolesa.kz and @qaz.kolesa.kz on social media.
6.2. Winners of the Promotion will be determined by a random number generator among Participants who have met all the conditions of the Promotion specified in these Rules. The winners will be selected randomly during the corresponding periods specified in the Promotion Schedule using a special computer program.
6.3. The Prize Drawing Schedule for the Promotion may be adjusted by the Organizer to take into account weekends and holidays, as well as in case of circumstances beyond reasonable control of the Organizer.
6.4. Each Participant of the Promotion will be assigned a unique number. Participants will receive this unique number in their personal account in the Application.
If the Winner fails to confirm receipt of the Prize within the timeframe specified in clause 7.3 of the Rules, the Prize will be returned to the Prize Pool and will be drawn among Participants in the next stage under the same conditions. Unclaimed prizes from the last stage will be drawn again among Participants in the same stage.
The Major Prize (iPhone) will be drawn on the last Monday of August among Participants who have completed all four stages without missing any entries and who have not won any of the weekly drawings.
6.5. Winner of one of the intermediate drawings will not participate in other intermediate drawings or the Major Prize drawing.
6.6. Prize Winners will be notified via push notification and/or call, SMS or text message to the phone number provided during registration.
6.7. Mobile phone number assigned to the User, registered in the Application, must be retained by the Participant throughout the Promotion Period. If the mobile phone number is transferred to a third party or the registered mobile phone number is changed, the Winner loses his right to receive the Promotion Prize.
7. PRIZES AND PRIZE RECEIPT PROCEDURE
7.1. Prizes will be awarded to the Winners after the relevant stage of the drawing.
To receive the Prize, the Winner must confirm receipt within 6 (six) calendar days from the date of notice (clause 6.6 of the Rules) and provide the following: full name, individual identification number, and delivery address (if located outside of Almaty).
The Organizer reserves the right to request additional information necessary to comply with tax legislation.
7.2. The Prize will be handed over to the Winner at the Organizer’s office. Prizes will be awarded upon presentation of the Winner’s original identity document. For Winners located outside of Almaty, the Prize may be sent by courier service to the address provided by them.
7.3. If the Winner fails to confirm receipt of the Prize or fails to provide the information within the timeframe specified in clause 7.1 of the Rules, the Prize is considered unclaimed and will be returned to the prize pool subject to clause 6.4 of the Rules. Unclaimed Prizes will not be stored, issued or compensated.
7.4. The fact of delivery is confirmed by an acceptance certificate and/or photo/video documentation. The Organizer’s obligation is considered discharged upon delivery of the Prize.
7.5. Obligation of the Organizer to deliver the Prizes to the Winners is considered discharged upon delivery.
7.6. If a Winner refuses to accept the Prize or does not express his intention to accept it, the Prize is considered unclaimed, and the Winner loses his right to receive the Prize. Winner, who refuses to accept the Prize or does not express his intention to accept it within the specified time period, has no right to claim the unclaimed Prize from the Organizer after expiration of this time period.
7.7. Upon expiration of the Event (Promotion), all unclaimed Prizes become property of the Organizer.
8. PERSONAL DATA AND CONSENT
8.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant consents to collection, processing and storage of their personal data (including full name, individual identification number, telephone number, and address) subject to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Personal Data and Their Protection» for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and awarding the Prizes.
8.2. The Winner consents to the photography and video recording of the Prize award ceremony and publication of these materials on the Organizer’s resources and social media without compensation.
8.3. Consent is confirmed by checking the box when participating in the Promotion and/or by doing actions for participation.
8.4. The Organizer reserves the right to entrust processing of personal data to third parties solely for the purposes of conducting the Promotion.
9. INFORMATION SUPPORT FOR THE EVENT (PROMOTION)
9.1. These Rules, information about the terms and results of the Promotion, are posted in the Application and on the Organizer’s social media pages. Results of the drawings will be published live on Instagram @kolesa.kz and @qaz.kolesa.kz.
9.2. These Rules will be posted in the Application. Information about the conditions and results of the Event (Promotion) will also be posted in the Application.
9.3. Participants will be informed about the conditions and results of the Promotion by posting relevant information on the Website and on the Organizer’s social media pages.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend these Rules at any time by posting the relevant information in the Application. The amended Rules shall take effect from the moment they are posted in the Application, unless otherwise specified in the text of the amendments.
10.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or reschedule the Event (Promotion) in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
10.3. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the participation of any Participant suspected of violating these Rules.
